Tim Staier is the founder and Lead Pastor of Elevate Life Church, which has grown from a launch team of just 15 dreamers in 2010 to a thriving congregation of over 1,000 today. At ELC, Tim encourages people to live-out the church’s three-fold mission: to encounter God, embrace others and elevate their world. But he takes even greater joy in being a passionate worshipper of God, faithful husband to  Kristal, and loving father to their two kids, Noah and Abby.
